Received a message that gave no identifying information on who was calling, just stated that I had a delinquent medical bill and needed to call this number. I called back from my work phone and the automated system stated I was the 21 st caller in the que. The number that it actually came from was 1-800-222-1442 when I called that number it stated it was for anesthesia and that I needed to put in my date of birth. I hung up. I do not owe any medical bills and have not been hospitalized This is a scam..

This was on our answering service for the second time in 4 days: No (business, office, or institution) name was given or provided at initial opening salutations. Caller stated that he was calling from a major medical organization and that we (were overdue in paying) owed them money (from a no-name medical procedure their Dr.s had performed) and we urgently needed to settle and remit payment immediately by calling 800-334-3932 and speak to one of their representatives.

Scam calling for medical bills. Total scam. left message on cell phone with this call back number. I'm waiting for them to call my landline so I can make them regret ever calling.

Identified themselves as United Anesthesia Services. I contacted the anesthesia provider through my hospital and found out I did owe money and the bill had been sent to an older address. So it was probably legitimate; but if you get a call like this, always go through your hospital or other healthcare provider to avoid being scammed.

After extensive delays (caller queues), some guy named Sean answers. Refuses to give his full name, extension, or other info, and keeps asking for an account number. They are vague about who they are. They do not have an address to send info to, or to get more information. Very bizarre. Another scam. Tell them THEY are on a recorded line.
