Automated msg states acct has been suspened and asks you to push 1 to reactivate which then asks for passcode then ssn. Hang up! Do not provide your info. I called my carrier directly and they confirmed it was a scam call. Have them look over your acct for suspicious activity. Carrier rep states they will never call you and ask for passcodes or your social sec number or acct numbers. The farthest they will go is send a text reminder that your bill is past due, but never request identfying information via a call directly to the customer. Call carrier right away if you fell victim and accidently provided your information so they can issue u a new password and place notes on the acct to look for fraud activity. Dont wait!
