Who called from the number +1 (800) 240-7702

Received a call from 1-951-821-0501 saying court proceedings are being persued for a credit card account from 2011. Mark Collins left the voice mail. When I called back, I spoke with someone with the supposed name, Shay Moore. When I asked for her phone number she gave me 1-800-240-7702 Ext. 418. She said it was her direct line. When I called back, it went to a voice mail for Mark Collins. I investigated with the company they said was suing me. I have never had such an account. She had my name, address, phone number, and social security number. VERY SCARY!!!

I also would like to mention that they mentioned my assets, which i don't own anything and my tax refund. It is very scary that my tax refund could be compromised because of this scam

I received a call from 316.249.2836 and was directed to call 800.240.7702 immediately because i was part of a pending lawsuit and my ssn and name came up as a red flag and that I owed over $10,000. It is very scary because they have all my personal information. This is beyond scary and this needs to be put to an end. I received a email of a stipulation agreement documents that they want me to sign electronically to agree to the terms that was given. I have not signed anything, because even though they have my information i needed to do more investigating. I asked the guy that calls himself Jeffery Edwards ext. 415, whay haven't the original creditor Household Metris provide me with any letters of debts and why haven't their company send anything in the mail certified that legal action was taking place? He gave me the answer it could be a million reasons, one being your address, dude you have my address so I didn't buy that. It is scary so now they have all this information and can do whatever they want.
