Who called from the number +1 (785) 760-0931

Caller ID shows a name...with initials R H. Th same number/name has called here 4 times today--within a span of an hour. the first time I turned off the ringer. A few minutes later, on the 2nd call I answered, but made no sound. Eventually they hung up. And a few minutes later, called again. This time I answered and again said nothing--but decided to see how long they would stay on the phone: it was almost 10 minutes. It was a woman's voice, as I could hear her speak to a man in the background as she waited to hear something. The 4th time she called, I immediately put the phone on mute and waited to see if she would identify herself or say something that might indicate a reason for these annoying calls. this time she repeatedly asked "Is someone there?" If there's no ne there, why did you answer? I'm not going to let you run down my phone--you're making me run all over the place...because nobody will tell me where you are!! Then she hung up. I think I'll just start doing this with ALL the annoying calls that plague me daily. I average 50 calls very few days...mostly repeat calls from the same number, multiple times in succession, only occasionally interrupted by another scam caller from somewhere else in the state or country. Recently I've noticed a pattern: the first call will say Wireless Caller, then immediately after that call will be a second call from the SAME number, but listed as UNKNOWN. Occasionally a call will be from my OWN phone number, and a couple of recent one tricked me--by saying a local Vocational Technical school, or the nearby hospital. I keep a list of he numbers as I clear my call list when it reaches 50 and is full. Then the annoying NEW list gets started. Thee ar a few old "standbys" that eventually call and make it on new lists--like RD, who pops up every few weeks. I'm going on the offensive and giving them ll the Silent Treatment for a while just to break the monotony and hopefully annoy THEM for a change.
