They called my husband with an automatic message saying that they were from the government of Canada and that they had complains about him which could lead to an arrest if he didn't call back. They never mentionned his name in the message.

Ils ont laissé un message vocal en français. C'était un message pré-enregistré. Il y aurait un mandat d'arrêt et je devrais appeler un certain numéro. C'est clairement une fraude. They left a voice mail in French. It was a prerecorded message. There would be a warrant for my arrest and I should call a certain phone number. That's clearly a scam.
