Recording telling me they could lower my rate, I pressed 9 and was connected to some random guy. He asked about my credit cards. I told him my rate is 2.3% and my balance is only $400 on my AMEX card. So he asked me for the exp date, I gave it to him, then he asked me for the card number. I asked why?, he said so he can pull up my account. I asked him if this was American Express, he said they can lower the rates of any cc. I told him that if he's not with American Express, he cannot just pull up my credit card information........he hung up on me. Sad face. I go out of my way to mess with these people and we should fight back and waste as much time of theirs as possible.
