SCAM! Very elaborate! Caller told me that IRS has filed a lawsuit against me. Officer ID #s, case #, ALL your info (yes, they have all your info! I didn't provide anything), .... That I have ignored written notices, ... They tell you that payment will NOT be collected over phone.
