Who called from the number +1 (720) 456-3713

Incoming call from "Justin." Refused to identify his company and/or reason for contact. Asked for previous owner of this phone number, then asked if I was "the spouse." Clearly, this was a debt collector that had serious training/collection issues and totally disregarded the consumer debt protection/collection laws. Further, the use of a robo-dialer to make a cell phone ring is illegal. Advised this person that via my attorney I had been advised to place them on notice verbally to STOP immediately calling and to cease using a robo-dialer to call this number. I inquired as to who they were, their address, etc., and the caller refused me that information. Began arguing with me and talking over me as I was attempting to place them on notice. That's it. They call again, I file a civil action. But you HAVE to place them on verbal notice at least once
