Call suggests, in terrible modem grammar, that I will be taken into custody by police. There are 4 charges against me. Etc. Etc. It's horsesh!t.

Scam. Says I have 4 allegations against me for taxes and I'll be taken into custody blah blah blah. Hardly speaks English very difficult to understand. After interrupting him 3 times to say I cant understand he hung up. Bunch of bullshit.
