Also got automated call about Tax Fraud

Some just called me from the number 1716-221-2458 stating that I owe money to the Treasure department and that was my last notification. I tried to call them back and they didn't answer, they rejected my call. I am pretty sure that the IRS won't make automatic phone calls like this.
