Claims to be Cyber Shield LLC. "Your computer sent an error message. Follow our directions to get rid of it." (THIS IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR STEPS!!!! THEY WANT ACCESS TO PASSWORDS OR SOME OTHER SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION!! DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THEM!") Foreign accents, but they claim to be in Wisconsin. I asked lots of questions, trying to find out what the error message is. As they kept digging themselves into the proverbial hole, I used their statements to confuse them (that part was actually quite easy!). I even spoke with a supervisor, because the first guy couldn't get me to follow his steps. It was fun to play with their poor feeble heads! The supervisor became so upset that he hung up on me!! Again, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!
