This is a potential scammer. I have items posted on Craigslist and this person contect me and show interest. This person took a very long time to respond my first message and told me he/she sent a 6 digit google voice verification code. I was confused and I’m glad I didn’t receive anything. He/she keep asking and I started feeling weird because it doesn’t make any sense. I googled some sort of scam related to google voice verification code and I realized that this person is trying to connect my phone number to his/her google voice. I am 99.999% sure that this is a scammer because if you want a google voice just use your phone. If you are trying to scam people of course he/she wouldn’t use the real number. I am surprised that so many scammers out there. Please beware!!!

Exact same conversation i had yesterday with this number. I did not give the code obviously but yeah they are trying to set up Google voice numbers to use in other scams i am sure using your cell number.
