Who called from the number +1 (661) 768-0047

this "company" called and keeps calling. I block them and they just call from another number with the same area code and usually only a number or two off from the number before,they called from. this morning they called and when I asked who this was and what is it for, they hung up on me. the second call, I just simply asked what is this for, they hung up on me.so I decided to give them a call back, to ask who they were, and to educate them that just yesterday, I made sure I re registered for the National Do Not Call List. especially since this is all being done on my pre-paid DSHS cell phone. I barely have minutes to make it through the month. but because of all these Spam Phone Calls Every Single Day and Many Of Them, they just act like it's their first call to you. I called the number back, to ask who were they calling for and what is this for, and especially asked them (Again) To Take Me Off Their Call List, Out Me On The Do Not Call List. but every time I called and asked, they just hung up in me, eight times in a row.why are they allowed to call me, and hang up on me. but it's not okay for me to ask why they're calling what are they calling for and please take me off their call list.this is seriously messing with my mental stability has sent me all over the edge and into so many rages I need this to stop this non-stop harassment from these callers these Spam CallersI registered my phone yesterday with the national Do Not Call listI will be demanding my $500 per phone call that still makes it through to my number because it seriously impacts and takes a toll on my mental health and it's taking a toll inside my household with the other family members in my home because they see me lose it every single day numerous times a day due to these calls these harassing phone calls
