They called me three times. I was on phone finally answered and recording stated "that I was called because a file had reached their office" then I was transferred and lady said can I help you. I stated they had called me. She stated "I didn't call you! You were transferred to me!" Then put me on hold. Then hung up. They called back, same process I asked lady what company this was, she put me on hold again and eventually it hung up! What assholes!

Same as Stephen's comment. They were rude & kept putting me on hold when I asked for the company INFORMATION. They wanted my attorney's name?!? I asked if she really got paid to call people and harass them. She said I didn't call you; you were transferred to me. What idiots!

Called 3xs - each time immediately hanging up and calling again. When I called back, she put me on hold for about 5 mins and then came back with I owed a large amount of money to the IRS. I answered, "considering my husband works for the federal government, maybe I'll have him call you." Caller hung up.
