I got a digital recorded saying if I didn’t call back they would be forced to place criminal charges and warrant out for my arrest. I haven’t called them back obviously.

Recorded message from "CRA" saying that if I don't call back they will arrest me. I've been getting this call repeatedly for a few days now and from two different phone numbers. it's definitely scam. They don't say my name or anything specific about me. They just tell me to call back.
