Called on behalf of IRS and requested immediate callback, tried to persuade me in some huge debt on my part

I missed the call and a machine left a VM stating they were getting me on fraud and there was a lawsuit on me. I tried calling back twice which the call failed. I waited and tried a 3rd time and they said they were from the “IRS.” Tried telling me they activated an arrest warrant against me since they told me the “tax misfiling” issue. Talked to 2 people because I ask a lot of questions. The man who was supposed to be the Senor officer tried to get me to not talk to anyone about the matter, stay on the phone with him, and go to a Walmart, CVS, or Walgreens to “convert” my money into an “electronic certified voucher.” He told me he was going by protocol and could not tell me who the payment would be going to, but he definitely said, my electronic certified voucher was not going to “IRS.” He was aggressive and tried asking how long it would take me to get there and I told him I didn’t believe they were the IRS. The IRS would never ask you to do this. Be careful people.
