Caller ID said Medicare. A woman asked for a mispronounced name. When I asked her to pronounce the name more clearly, the bxxch hung up on me. Obviously not medicare, but scammers.

Wanted to get me a back brace...asked if I was on medicare...unsolicited. Caller identified herself as from Orthomedic Medical...or something similar. Asked me if I had back and knee pain...which I do occasionally and asked me if I was on Medicare...how tall I was and if I lived at my address (she had the correct address). I told her that I was not interested in getting a brace out of the blue...that first I'd have to see a doctor about it. She said that they would call my doctor first to get a prescription. I suspect a scam and I told her that I was not interested.
