Number: +1 (619) 940-5742 2019-01-10 Person claims to have house for rent in Daytona Beach, FL I answered a Craigslist property for rent and a person called Peter Holmes replied to my email through email. After he emailed me application to fill out to rent property (which had a for sale sign in front yard by realtor) he gave me this phone number to text back. The name on the application was different than the name of property owner in county tax records. This was done on 1-9-2019. He told me, "under no circumstances contact the realtor "showing" the open house because he no longer has a contract with them." I'm smelling SCAM! No money has exchanged hands. I think he got application from open house and is trying to get money from people interested in renting a house that is being offered by realtors for SALE. He stated he was living in Prescott, AZ.....wow! Thanks for other peoples comments on this number, I just missed getting duped.
