They offered a loan of $5,000. They said they were Pelican State Credit Union. The lady said she was branched out of NY. Phone I.D. says Jacumba, CA. After research I found that Pelican State Credit Union is only located in Louisiana. The lady I spoke with was un-educated and reading off a script. After asking "too many questions" she replied she was too busy to answer my questions. She said I wasn't interested, in which I replied I was, and she hung up on me.

Call said i qualified 5000 dollar loan. Told me my credit was poor and that i would have to buy insurance to make sure that the debt got paid just in case i could make the payments the insurance would pay it they wanted a 100 dollars for the insurance when i told them i could pay it but they dont take debt cards they wanted me to go get a prepaid and only certain type of prepaid i feel like its a scam
