Who called from the number +1 (619) 369-8765

This is scam call. they want to give you a $100 rebate card for a small fee and will be asking you for your credit card no. I went ahead and pressed all the nos. so I could talk to a live person and finally got the person that was ready to get my CC #. instead I asked her to put my no. on the "Do Not Call List", which doubt they'd do that any way. I am sure they will call again tomorrow so I blocked the no. Although, I have blocked #'s with very similar calls but unfortunately, they have so many different nos. because I keep getting calls from the same people almost every day. Why would I have to pay anything to get any amount of reward? Do they think we are that stupid? Or are there actually people that are willing to pay a small fee hoping they get $100 for it?
