Calls several times a day, Chinese language. My Asian friend says it is a threatening scam saying they are the police, and to send money to China because relatives' lives are at risk. Usually targeting international Chinese students, who have willingly sent a lot of money to these scammers! All different phone numbers, so cannot be traced and caught.
