He left me another message - said he was “officer Dave Romorez from the CRA” and I need to call back immediately or contact my attorney. Otherwise legal action will be on me. I deleted the message. He also sounds like not speaking good English.

I called him back and asked why he wasn’t calling from a government of Canada phone number and he hung up. I have reported him to the CRA (they confirmed his number is not a registered CRA/government number.
