Who called from the number +1 (613) 701-1253

my call was from 613-701-1251. I answered the phone but I didn't say anything because I was expecting a robot but then there was a human voice and she said my name kind of weirding me out I don't know anybody that lives in Ottowa so I hung up, they've called twice I still don't know who they're from or why they're calling or why they know my first name.

woman told me i won huge trip to florida, bahamas, universal studios, etc.....the list goes on...I listened and said little...then i was transferred to the closer....who demanded $498. for "fees" and my visa number....I told here that it was illegal to ask Canadians for money when they have won ANYTHING...then I told her that in fact, I had no credit cards....It was then, because it was obvious that she was not listening....that I hung up.
