Who called from the number +1 (610) 844-0352

Another day, another robo-dialing, phish-baiting scammer. Didn't answer unrecognized number but they left the old phishing scam voicemail, "ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense, so before this matter goes to the federal claims court ... call us back our number is 610-844-0352. Repeat, the number is 610-844-0352." Not verbatim, but something to that effect. The number is the actual scammer's (spoofed) number. They want you to call back with hopes they can intimidate you into giving them money before you figure out they are NOT the federal government. Total fraud. Here's a heads up for everyone.... if you are are in trouble with the feds they are NOT going to call you and leave an automated VM. They would firstly contact you via postal mail for resolution. Failing that you would receive a hand-delivered summons. A phone call has no legal authority to demand anything.
