This phone number leaves a Cantonese or Mandarin message, I do not understand what this message is saying, but there have been reports of a telemarketer cold calling mobile phones looking to scam financial information from immigrants from China. This is a common robocall, and every time I catch it live I press "1", the person who answers the phone asks if I speak "Chinese" then quickly hangs up when he realizes that I do not speak his language. This appears to be a scam, and these people need to be stopped, I feel sad for anyone who takes these miserable snakes seriously.
