Scammers. They call you and leave the bot message saying it's CRA and if you don't call back ASAP they will issue the warrant for your arrest. Pure scam. Apparently this number is not toll, so you're not risking to get a big fat bill from your cell company if you call back, so you may call back and play with them till the point you're fed up with their BS and then tell them all you think about them, if you want. But just in case they change this number to a tall one in future, simply don't call back. Just ignore.
