Today they called twice left a recorded message stating there are four serious allegations under your name by the local police.....but the caller is from NY

I got a message from this number. The voice was automated, the English was awkward, and the call quality was very bad. The message said I had four charges against me and something was going to happen in the next 24 hours, but the call came in and out so I don't know what exactly they were threatening.
