I didn't pick up and left a message saying I had overdue payments or something on my electric account, asking me to call back to a 216 area code number. After I called that number back, he started off saying the conversation was recorded. I asked to speak to the lady (Grace Brooks) who left me a message. Said she was busy, obviously, but said my reference number was probably ending in 595. How could he know this? Probably cause they all end in this. He gave me some nonsense about how I miss something at the top of my electric every month and owe money on it. I asked him if they only call people that have electric bills. He said yes. Funny thing is, I DON'T HAVE AN ELECTRIC BILL! He tried to get out of it by saying it's an automated system, but I said you just said you only call people with electric bills, and I don't have one. How can this be than? It must be a scam right? He hung up on me.
