[567] 202-8811 is a BILL COLLECTOR/DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY using a Landline phone number operated by LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC (aka VoIP LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS LLC; aka Global Crossing; aka Ymax Communications; aka Paetec Communications) calling from either Toledo, Ohio and/or Ft. Wayne, Indiana I have no idea who these people are nor how/why they have my cell phone number. Leaves no message when sent to voicemail. If/when call ARE answered: I was asked to provide my home address. I asked what the call was in reference to and was told to verify MY address first, but that they were calling about a personal matter regarding Mr. ______________(a first and last name of someone I've never heard of & wasn't me); called other times looking for Ms.____, when asked what they wanted, they just kept saying hello and then hung up
