they called to say they were from Microsoft refund dept and asked if i remembered paying $200 for support help last year that they will give back to me... all i had to do was turn my computer on and press the fn key & the r key at the same time. um, NO. said his name was jackson with a middle eastern accent. these people are a joke.

Did not recognize number, so didn't pick up. Possible scam caller - First part of message left was garbled and then robo said something about wanting me to return call about support given a few months ago and the company was ordered closed down and something about a refund asking me to return call.
