Offering to teach English, Computers and/or Mechanical to Hispanics

They called twice, once where I couldn't hear them answer and another time to ask if they could speak to whoever owns the phone line. I asked them why they why were calling their response was "we sell a program for latinos to learn english" when I tell them I'm not interested they get rude and hang up. So I proceeded to call back which they don't use a system that allows them to change their outgoing number meaning everytime you call back it actually goes to the office. I called back asking why they had called me in the first place to which there response is "If you're not interested don't call us abck and don't answer our call" I said stop calling me and they said "just don't answer". I was pretty upset and tried to ask where they got my pohone number to which they responded "I don't know I'm not in charge". So I was pretty upset called back and again asked. They didn't have a response for me and were just rude overall. I get scam calls all the time but to finally stick it to them is always nice. I called back 30 times and made a loud ruckus with grinders and cutting tools. I never opted to curse at them or yell at them since that wasn't appropriate. I bombarded them with call after call after call totaling 30 times which I made a ruckus and eventually would just put the phone on mute. If they won't opt to put my phone number on a do not call list I will make them do it they shoudn't forget after this.
