Who called from the number +1 (530) 840-9793

This caller says presents a tape recording, and asks for you to sellect 2, for an operator, then a person comes on and its a live person, if you ask them any kind of a question they hang up. If you let them talk, they tell you about fixing your student loan. So it leads to seeking your information, and they are going to eliminate your debt. SCAM!!! BIG TIME. I called my phone service to inquire what can I do about callers calling me with such scams. Here is what they tell, the type of phone I have which is a cheap flip phone, is not intelligent enough to operate any of the apps, they have to block any phone number from my phone. So the type phone you have makes up part of this scam, it continues to allow scammers to call. Other than this nussusance calling, others are out there to try and hack into your intelligent phone. Because invarably you sit through long pauses which reflect on to me, they are trying to tapp a code into your phone. Now this scamming must be beneficial because of all the people that waste their time talking to these cartel, they can not eliminate anyone student loan, that is an unforgivable loan, and our government will go to extream lengths to get every penney you owe. I hope this has been some benefit to you about this number. It should be reported to the FBI, if you try and call it, after they call you. It acts like a non working number. There are many numbers like this that do the same thing. I constantly get this scam over and over again. Only thing we can do is report it through Googie on this program app here. Thank you.
