Who called from the number +1 (530) 316-1593

I was talking with a girl I met thru the Skout app and she wanted to video chat on Google Hangouts. Being that she was very attractive I agreed. She got naked and started playing with herself, asking me to do the same. Being excited, I gave in. She recorded me playing with myself and then showed me the video along with screen shots she had taken of my facebook friends. She threatened to send the video to all of my friends if I didn't pay her $500. I never knew what "sextortion" was until Saturday 2/23/2019. So far she keeps asking for more each time I pay but she also says she will delete the video if I pay which she clearly isn't doing until she gets as much out of me as she can. I ended up calling the FBI and filing a report for extortion. They suggested I also file a report on the IC3.gov website. Today I called my local police department and left a message with an investigator which was a suggestion from a friend who is an attorney. I was trying to be nice to her until somebody could get more info on her and hopefully arrest her. Now I'm just ignoring her calls and have already deleted my facebook and created a new one with a different name so that I could inform my friends about the situation. Also, I set up google alerts for my name and email address in case she posts a video or sets up a facebook account in my name.
