Who called from the number +1 (530) 289-6046

I got a voicemail stating that there has been some ‘fraudulent activities’ yet they don’t state a company name, or if this is done through a credit card. Etc. I called the number back, they stated they were the ‘Social Security Office’ hung up, called again and a guy answered as if he was answering his cell phone. I told him to take me off the call back list and proceeded to say very inapproriate sexual comments! I told them our call is being recorded and I would call the police. He blocked the call and now hear a long busy tone when I try to call back.

Called and left a me a voicemail from a shady robotic voice. Apparently the US has issued some type of lawsuit against me for fraudulent activity with my SSN. Called back and it rang 3 times then it went into a busy tone.

Received call from 530-289-6046. I did not answer so there was a voicemail left. The message left was not an actual person, but more of a robotic type. This is verbatim of the message: "This is to inform you that there are legal enforcement actions filed against you and your social security number is been suspected for fraudulent activities so once you get this message kindly call us bask as soon as possible or press one to speak to our investigating officer. call back number is 530-289-6046 I repeat 530-289-6046 thank you "
