Who called from the number +1 (518) 636-6840

Called saying there were four claims out against me and that I better call back or there would be a warrant for my arrest and the police would be at my door. Recording started in the middle of their message so have no clue if they identified themselves earlier. Have heard this crap before from other phone numbers. Wish someone would deport these scum to somewhere in Afghanistan and let the Taliban correct their behavior.

Threat of arrest due to negative issues on my name

This number keeps calling me saying I have a warrant they said it was from the IRS and that I have 24 hours to resolve this priblem, is this a true scam, cause I never did anything wrong.

Automated voice mail, said I would be taken into custody for negative tax information TOMORROW...... Get a LIFE!

This number just called me, so are you saying this is a real scam. It said I have the next 24 hours to resolve this problem and that I have a irs warrent

Same as previous comments. Issues under my name but never stated my name or any personal information.

Yeah it said the same thing about me..hate scammers ugg.

Left VM "We have just received a notification regarding your tax filings from the headquarters which will get expired in next 24 working hours and once again expired after that you will be taken under custody by the local police as there are four serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment, we would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you. The number to reach us is 518-636-6840 I repeat 518-636-6840 thank you." Even the computer VM sounds ridiculous.

The do not call list is useless. I'm so tired of getting these calls. Please somebody make it stop

Same message than everyone else. Police should act upon these people.

Threat of arrest for 4 violations

I have had this same message at other numbers as well. (347)427-8551 called yesterday with the same exact message.

So I answered the call an a computer voice said to me call back that It was the IRS for tax filling...that I have serious allegations. You have 24 hrs to call back if no a warrant for your arrest would be issue.. that’s the 3rd that happens to me.. keep in mind the irs don’t do that they would mail you a letter if you have a issue...

My wife also got one - really upset her even when I told her it was a scam. It won't stop until they are arrested and jailed- or executed - yes I believe in the death penalty for low lives that want to destroy other's lives. Same with Drug dealers.
