518-282-4638 called me but it was a recording stating that they were going to start legal proceedings and I needed to provide my lawyers information. The call didn't provide any specifics as to what the legal proceeding was about. I hung up and called the number back and it had a busy signal. I waited about 15 minutes and called it back. It rang 2 or 3 times than went to a busy signal. This is obviously a scam. I blocked the number.
