Source One Financial (Source 1 Financial) - appear to be physically located at 182 Washington St., Norwell, Massachusetts, but they give addresses in other locations as well. Appears to be a small operation, 2-3 people, maybe they pay a lawyer somewhere so they can claim they are a law firm, or maybe they just try to create the appearance they do. They used to give auto loans apparently, but they seem to be in the junk debt buying/collection business now- buying old debts they can't legally force you to pay, then they just try to annoy you into paying it. Because they have no real leverage, they resort to very scammy techniques... ominous language meant to confuse people into thinking that MAYBE there is some lawsuit in the works, but there isn't. Be aware that they use a phone system that exploits modern electronic voicemail weaknesses that allows them to know when you listened to their voicemails, which numbers you check voicemail on, and they can even identify your number when you use call blocking to call them back. If they are calling your cell, one easy solution is to save every number they call from, and add a custom, SILENT ring tone for all their numbers. They are legally obligated to stop calling you, if you instruct them to.
