Who called from the number +1 (501) 506-5480

These people call me 1-3 times a day almost every day! They claim to be a computer tec service with Microsoft. I got scamed by them last year for about $200 for computer tec services. I used their service twice and the third time i couldn't get an answer on the phone. i called Microsoft they said this place did not work for them and that they were aware of the scam. this place put a big add on my computer screen saying they were from Microsoft and to call asap because of a virus. I called the bank and the charge was removed. Now, they are calling again saying they want to give me a refund....all but $50.00 for their services, because they went out of business. they call several times a week even though i have told the to stop calling. These calls have been going on for weeks! They don't give up. I even changed my credit card number. this morning they called and wanted to send me a refund form but wanted to add it to 'notepad' on my computer, not in the mail and not in a email. i reported them to the Better business bureau last year. My band removed the charge...not this place wants to give me a refund! What's wrong with this picture!
