I got yesterday 5 calls from the 1 484 664 2848 number with message - this is Social Security to tell me that my SS number is being "suspended" due to "suspicious activity" across the country

Message states "We have received orders to suspend your social security number on an immediate basis as your social has been found suspicious for exhibiting fraudulent activities across the United States. Before we go ahead and suspend your social security number permanently, we want you to give us a call back on our direct line number (Headquarters of Social Security)".

Advised that my Social Security Number had been used to create fraudulent activity across the United States and unless I called back my number was going to be suspended. The man had a weird accent.

Call about suspending SSN. Thing is they never stated for whom they were calling. I guess anyone that lives with me now has a suspended SSN.
