I've tried to answer this call a few times just so I could talk to these people and ask them for a year free of whatever they are selling, I love doing that. It's an auto dialer that apparently doesn't work well with my phone system as no one ever answers. I've even tried to call the number back and it's just music on hold. My latest thing is when I get one of these solicitor calls I say "that sounds really great, I'd LOVE to do that!" then I just put the phone down and waste as much of their time as I can. Tit for tat. :)
