Who called from the number +1 (470) 231-6273

This is the message my husband and I have both received....have been chain here by the plaintiff(?) to process the facilitate a civil complaint which names you as the respondent. We do have to perform an asset and employment verification but that is only a corporation is needed for you to be served in the meantime you can exercise your rights by contacting the mediation at phone number 1-888-398-1552 we keep in mind if you failed to comply this will result in the forfeiture of your rights to dispute this matter and the complaint will be forwarded to your local jurisdiction for processing. Consider this your official notification.

Someone stating they are advising client to take legal action against me unless I respond today. Otherwise I forfeit my right to voluntarily rectify the situation. Then stated they would be contacting my Hr dept for sage information. Said to contact their legal dept at 470-231-6273. They called from 470-571-1075. What a scam!!!

Another standard automated call stating there's a legal action being taken against me; they need to verify employment information. Need to call a toll-free number to appeal - or something to that affect - been getting these calls for two or three weeks. First part of recording's cut off, not that it matters. Two days ago identification showed origination as Little Rock, Arkansas, to day it's Atlanta, Georgia. Our number is not posted on the internet, publicly via any method, unlisted, and on the do-not-call list.

Got a call yesterday from phone number 402-817-0171 stating that I have a bank coming after me for a unpaid payday loan from 2016. Funny thing is I did not have one. Caller stated to call 470-231-6273. They told me they where CRM Group. I contacted the bank and the account number the caller give me was wrong. They told me if I didn't pay they would close the case and it would go to the courts and I would have a warrant out for my arrest for Theft by Depiction, Trying to Fraud a financial institution And Check Fraud. Caller got mad when I told them I was not going to pay. Said they would close the case and send it to the courts.

someone claiming to be "Linda" this time. calling to give me my last chance to help myself regarding a serious legal matter. They have 4 random numbers and want me to confirm if it's my SSN. Also mentioned contact with the courts and my HR department. If I don't call back they will have no choice but to tell their client to go forward. These calls are coming in to both my cell and voip line, 2 and often 3 times a day. I have no legal matters, never been arrested. Add to that i'm retired law enforcement so let them contact my HR department.. Good Luck. Just wish there was a way to penalize them! I joined the "do not call " list but here we are. The calls start early in the day and happen at various times untill about 7:00 pm.
