Who called from the number +1 (443) 982-9026

This # (443) 982-9026 called saying they represented the tech support company I have been using for a number of years. The caller named Mark said that they had to install security software on my computer and back up the computers that I had in my tech support agreement with them. After about 10 minutes, he called back and told me that my computer had been hacked but not to worry that they had all my data backed up an secured. He said my computers were covered under their recall warranty program. I would need to put down a security deposit of $3,500 which was the value of both computers. He said that their insurance company would only accept gift cards from either Walmart, Target or Best Buy. I was to get the gift card that day in order for my new/replacement computers to ship the next day. They would email me with a UPS tracking # once the gift cards were validated. Once I received them, I was to call them to unlock the new computers and restore my data. When UPS came to pick up my old computers, they would have paperwork that they would scan that would automatically return my security deposit to my credit card. They never emailed me a tracking # and called to tell me that another $3,500 would be required since I did not get both gift cards the same day ($2,000 + $1,500) or the shipment would be delayed. I refused. I then talked to his supervisor who confirmed this by email. His name and email is Jordan Ramsey which indicates he is with CyberServices. I refused to pay them anymore money and they refused to tell me the name of their insurance company and that I would lose my security deposit since the recall was not completed. I would not get my money back, plus they were holding my data hostage. I told them to reassure me that my data would be deleted from their server. Mark called me back and cursed me and told me that I caused him to lose his commission. He said that he had all my data and my identity information and that he would "screw me royally" unless I paid him his commission of $1,500. I refused and told him not to call back. He said that he had my IP gateway and could get into any computer on my network. I filed a report with the FBI IC3 and am waiting on a response. I had tried calling this number back and a very irate woman answered and told me to quit calling because I had the wrong #.
