McArthur Law Office fax saying a person with the same last name died nine years ago. Wanted to share that money with myself and charities. The fax was trying to get my contact info.

Got a fax from this number saying it was from a law frim McArthur Law and that there was a large amount of money/unclaimed payable on death in a reputable bank (No bank name given). It ends with Kindly provide a reachable contact number, for faster communication.

Just as the comments posted before me, we received a fax with the same information. They said there was a client that died 9yrs ago from an accident, and just because we share the same last name and nationality I was contacted. SCAM. They said no one had claimed the nine million dollars and they wanted 10% to go to charities and 90% split between myself and them. AVOID. This is a SCAM.
