I sold a desk online and the guy text me and when the check came for it there was nothing saying who or for what it was for. this guys bank sent the wrong amount to me and yes, i used it not knowing until he text me later on and told me. Now all he is doing is harassing and threatening me to get his money back. He is rude and swore at me and wants to send me another check to send for his daughter's surgery instead of sending it himself. He is being relentless and i am trying me best to pay him back but he won't stop. Now he is planning on reporting me. I have all the text messages from him and i don't know what to do at this point. If this is a scammer he has me so stressed out i am shaking.

was selling furniture online and this guy was able to get my phone, name, and address... Sent me a check for over the amount that discussed. The problems were ,the name from the website, does not match the name given he went to text me to tell me the check was coming. The check came from AZ, but the name and address on the check don't match anything I have been provided. I told him that I don't appreciate scams and that The check is being discarded. I will NOT take anything. This person is scamming people.
