Who called from the number +1 (412) 212-3212

Debt collector, supposedly trying to collect on a debt from the late 1990's. Would not say who the debt was owed to, just threatened prosecution and jail if not paid. A 20+ year old debt, that I have never heard of before. And threatening jail time t me, a disabled person, on a fixed income, with serious medical issues. Somewhere around $235 UDS. Seriously? Threatening to send a wheelchair-bound person to jail over $235, debt from over 20 years ago, without telling me who the debt is owe to, or how to contact the original supposed party I owe this money to? The cost of hiring this collector is probably more than the alleged debt. (There is no debt... my credit report is clean, and I have good credit, in spite of my fixed income. No debts listed on any of the 3 major credit reports. TOTAL Scam.)
