Left a voicemail saying if I do not return the call I will have to face the legal charges. I called back and it rang 30 times or so and just as I went to hang up I heard someone say something. I asked who it was and they said "excuse me?" I said "it rang so many times, as I went to hang up I heard someone talking, so who was this again?" Her reply was "ohhhhhh f*ck off!" and hung up on me. I called back and the person that picked up said "IRS" and nothing else. Both phone calls had a TON of background noise and neither spoke clear English.
