Very rude and demanding lady called back after I hung up and she tried to scare me into giving information by threatening to "shut off our service". She claimed to have our email address but as of yet I have not recieved a new email from anyone. She claimed to be with "SS Industries". She was mad lol.

Asked for an employee who has not been with company for more than 5 years. When we asked what caller wanted they got rude & said we were rude & this is why we can't keep employees & hung up on us.
