Just got a call from this #, and it sounds like a scam. It was a male voice recording, threatening that if they didn't get my signature, I would be served at my local sheriffs dept. "at which point, media and law enforcement will also be involved" (funny...now they're trying to embarrass/shame you). It also said that "the case will be prosecuted w/out you, and your benefits will be suspended", and then goes on to tell you to call your Social Security Administration at this number. I've gotten these same calls many times in the past, but this is the first one in a while.
