Who called from the number +1 (385) 293-1095

I get calls just about every day from this number or numbers very close to it (within about 100 digits either way of the last four numbers). If I decide to answer, there's never anyone there. If I were more patient, I'd probably discover that it's some kind of telemarketing robocall that transfers me to a human caller after a few seconds, but I usually get pissed off and hang up. I've asked people DOZENS of times to STOP calling my number. I've been on the "do not call" registry for over 10 years, and I STILL constantly get unwanted, annoying calls from robo-callers like these. This time I found out exactly where these annoying toadstools are, and they're close enough that when they call again I can go pay them a visit. I'm thinking I might walk into their telemarketing place and start yelling "hey!" At the top of my lungs every few seconds to simulate the annoying sound of an unwanted phone call— see how they like it.
