They said I was being sued by the IRS and they had my address. I said ok where is my letter and asked for more info they hung up. I called back the guy told me to hold on for the lady I spoke with. Now how would he know this we didn't get in to conversation. Now i have had another call from a different number stating the same thing. 1206-312-0381

Threatening arrest by the irs

The person connected to this number tells you that the IRS has a case against you for tax fraud. They gave me their name, badge number, case number , discription of what they said I did and totally acted professionally. However when I questioned what they said I did they hung up. Called back 2 more times and was hung up on in both cases. I knew it was a scam but I just wanted to yank their chain, and I think I did.
